Happy Fall! As we move into this new season, I am happy to offer 3 Pilates mat classes for the next 8 weeks. These are mixed-level classes and participants are encouraged to practice at the level appropriate for their well-being. If you are new to Pilates, I always encourage the investment in a few 1:1 sessions to learn the principles and general execution of the beginner/intermediate mat work. In addition, using the spring resistance on the Pilates equipment can also offer support to the body and improve connections to the core center or "powerhouse."
Classes are currently scheduled for Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:15pm and Tuesdays at 8:30a.m. 1X/week= $85 2X/week= $170 and please pro-rate according to your calendar schedule. This session runs from September 9th-October 30th. Cash or Venmo @Tiffany-Larson-32 to reserve your space. (Minimum of 5 and max of 10 participants)
