West Bend resident,Tiffany Larson, is a Power Pilates Instructor, with a Master's of Health Science degree in Occupational Therapy. In addition, she has a background in personal training and is also a 200 hour yoga teacher and TRX certified instructor. Tiffany provides Pilates and fitness training within her West Bend home studio. A graduate of Auburn University in Psychology and the University of Florida, Tiffany worked in acute care hospital settings for 15 years and has spent even more time as an exercise instructor. Pilates, with its focus on concentration, core strength, flexibility, breath, and control is her passion. Pilates improves athletic performance, strengthens the deep intrinsic muscles, decreases risk of injury, and promotes a sense of well being. Pilates transcends traditional exercise as its principles apply to the manner that we live, breathe, balance, and participate in all of life's activities. Tiffany works with individuals of all ages, from the youth improving their athletic skills as well as adults rehabilitating from injury. Pilates serves to strengthen and tone the body in a balanced, intelligent, progressive manner while enhancing emotional well-being through its coordination of the breath with movement.
