2025 Personal Training Update
Mat Classes are available for Pilates enthusiasts of all levels and ages. Modifications are shared to adapt the exercise according to your ability. It is recommended that you take 1-3 private lessons to ensure your well-being and understanding of the Pilates Method. Upcoming Mat classes are routinely shared on my Facebook and Instagram pages.

Personal Training or small group training on the Pilates Reformer, Ladder Barrel, Chair, Pedi-Pul, and Tower is available. Work individually or split the cost with a friend and share an invigorating, strengthening workout for your mind and body.
Individual: $60/50 minutes, $250 for 5 sessions, $450 for 10 sessions.
Group: $60/1-5 people
Group Reformer/Tower/Chair $275 for 5 sessions 1-3 people; $500 for 10 sessions
*24 hour cancellation policy. Clients will be charged for a training session should they cancel with less than 24 hours notice.
