I love teaching private classes developed for a group of friends, athletic teams, or co-workers. These classes I design specifically for the group, their experience levels, and goals. Need more mindfulness? More core strength? Fitness skills training? Flexibility? Do you just need a quiet, clean space and to get out of your house?
If you have been stuck in a quarantine rut and you see the light of the kids returning to school as an invitation for a little self-care, then consider arranging your own private group of MOM-FRIENDS. This is a time to stretch and strengthen but also allows for social bonding, connection, and face to face conversations. Often we think of wellness as being simply nutrition and exercise, but we know meaningful relationships, a sense of community and laughter are part of the equation.
Contact me to schedule according to the day and time that suits your GROUP best Monday-Friday. Consider it a Happy Hour Fitness Class and go on a walk or to lunch with your friends following class. In addition, these groups are available for all ages and fitness levels.
