Thank you for your interest in Spring Pilates! It's the perfect time to focus on renewal and Pilates is an excellent tool to awaken the body.
Classes are currently scheduled:
Mondays @5:15pm
Tuesdays@8:30a.m.
Wednesdays@5:15p.m.
A few were interested in Wednesdays @8:30a.m. however I need a minimum of 5. Please let me know if you wish to register for class so that I can adjust the schedule accordingly.
While on vacation I have participated in many Pilates and yoga classes, some classical while others more modern like barre and cardio yoga. They all appeal to my belief that movement heals and promotes mental and physical health. Basically all movement is good movement! In particular, I have found the "slow flow" classes rejuvenating. I would love to offer a basic, beginner slow flow yoga class during the week. If you have interest in a 10-week yoga class, please let me know your preferred day/time.
I continue to schedule my wonderful personal training clients for weekly training. If you are interested in strengthening on the Pilates equipment, I am offering 20% off for those signing up for mat class. This is in part to encourage better understanding and success with the mat work and help you personally progress with your practice. We never want to get "stuck" in a movement pattern that contributes to imbalance and whether roll-ups, teasers, prone swimming, or standing balance the equipment helps re-educate the mind and body. It has the added benefit of resistance training. Skeletal muscle mass is critical to functions such as immunity, metabolism, and mobility.
