Stacy Scherzer is one of my dearest and wisest friends. She holds her Doctorate in Physical Therapy, specializes in the treatment of pelvic floor disorders for men and women, plus is currently studying for a certificate in Wellness Coaching. In addition, she completed a certification in Restorative Exercise under the guidance of the esteemed physiologist, Katy Bowman. Whether nutrition, exercise, functional activity, or child-rearing (she has 4 brilliant kids), Stacy is my go-to resource.
