Dear Pilates Friends,
Thank you for a wonderful fall session. I hope you have experienced some of the benefits of a weekly Pilates practice and made new friends through the process.
This is week #9/10 of our current session. The week of November 10th I am offering a FREE make-up for those who paid in advance for the fall mat classes. The following week, November 17th, will begin our 5 Week Holiday Session. Class days and times remain the same, Tuesday (mixed level) 8:30a.m. and Wednesday (basics) 4:30p.m. Class fees are also the same, $50 for the session (pro-rate as needed) or drop-in for $12. Keep in mind, Wednesday Nov. 27th is the day before Thanksgiving. If you know you will be unable to attend, please pay $40 for the session.
For the month of December, (12/1, 12/8, 12/15, 12/22) I am offering a new class on Sundays at 4pm. This class will incorporate some of the basic poses and principles I am learning in my 200 hour yoga training plus Pilates, restorative postures and stretches, and a period of constructive rest and mindfulness. Mindfulness is particularly important during the busy holiday season and my hope is this class will provide a subtle shift that encourages a sense of gratitude, ease, and enjoyment each week in December. This intro 4-week series is $30 or $12 drop-in. It would be great for individuals, teens, and spouses. Class size is limited so please let me know if you wish to attend. Please bring a yoga mat.
A special thank you to my personal training clients for your faithful participation. Training on the Pilates apparatus is a unique and challenging method to deepen core connections and enhance the relationship between strength and stretch. It requires intense focus and concentration. As Joseph Pilates said, "It is the mind that builds the body." Please remember class packages expire 6 months from purchase so be sure to schedule accordingly.
Feel free and reach out if questions. Many thanks for your referrals as well. All the best for a healthy and happy holiday season.
In Good Health,
Tiffany Larson
