Dear Pilates Friends,
This has been an unusual spring however summer is on the horizon and with it a new Pilates Mat Session. Currently I plan to offer class Tuesday mornings at 8:30a.m. and Wednesday evenings at 5p.m. This will be a 10-week session at $100 beginning the week of June 1st and concluding August 7th. As usual, pro-rate accordingly and pay only for the number of classes you plan to attend. For instance, if you plan to attend 6/10 then please pay $60. If you prefer to drop-in, class fee is $12. Please let me know if you wish to register.

I am willing to add additional classes if needed. Feel free and share with me your preferences as I know some do like to practice twice a week. There needs to be a minimum of 4 participants to run a class. I have a private mat class on Wednesdays at 9:30a.m. for college students and Thursday at 9am at Pleasant Valley Tennis Club, however besides those times I can be flexible. You are always welcome to create a private mat class with family and friends as well.
Personal Training and Duets will begin next week on Monday, May 18th. Please let me know if you wish to begin or resume your training. It's a wonderful way to shake off the rust, clear the mind, and get back to your core after an unpredictable and perhaps stressful few months.

It's a great way to familiarize yourself with the specific details and nuances of the Pilates Method. Please contact me if you have questions or wish to confirm your registration. Considering the current climate, I would advise participants bring a yoga mat to layer on top of the Pilates mats.
