Thank you for a fantastic summer. We had a consistent crowd considering the unpredictable, spontaneous nature of the summer season!
The next few weeks I am offering drop-in classes, $10 for everyone. The times remain the same, Tuesday at 8:30a.m. and Wednesday at 5:15p.m. Feel free and invite your friends. This will be a comfortable movement class for all levels.
Week of August 14th: Foam Roller Fun
Week of August 21st: Creative Magic Circle and Small Props Class
Week of August 28th: NO CLASS
I am offering a 12-week Fall Series which begins Tuesday, September 6th and concludes Wednesday, November 30th. We will not have class the week of Thanksgiving. Classes will be offered Tuesdays at 8:30a.m. and Wednesdays at 5:15p.m. If you wish to form an additional class with 4+ friends I am always willing to add an extra day or create a class specifically for your needs/friends. The 12 week series will be $120 and please pro-rate as needed. For instance, pay $100 if you anticipate attending 10 of 12 classes. Otherwise, it is $15 to drop-in to mat class.
Personal Training continues by appointment. Details are on my website at www.hometrainingllc.com. In general, 1@$50, 5@$225, and 10@$400. I appreciate your commitment and am pleased by the enthusiasm of my personal training clients. The machines give us insightful feedback regarding our strength, flexibility and general movement patterns. We use this information to improve our body's overall balance and function. In addition, we build muscle and muscle is an organ of resiliency. Muscle improves glucose levels, enhances longevity, and some research suggests it reduces pain. If you wish to sign up for personal training, please let me know. Also remember, package sessions are good for 6 months. I do have a 24 hour cancellation policy so ask that you do your best to notify me appropriately if you need to cancel or reschedule. Thank you!
