Thank you for practicing Pilates this summer at Home Training, LLC. I hope you continue to feel the positive benefits that come from a structured core strength and flexibility program like Pilates. I too continue to grow in my practice and always look forward to sharing new details to enhance the exercises and yield great results.
Next week is the final week in our summer session. August 23rd and 24th will be a drop-in class for $10 each day. The week of August 28th we will not have mat classes however, if you can't bear the thought of missing a week, then please join me at Pleasant Valley Tennis and Fitness Thursday, September 1st at 9am for mat class. You can simply pay a $10 fee at the front desk and participate as a community member.
Fall Classes begin Tuesday 9/6 and Wednesday 9/7 at 9:00a.m. A small change this fall will be extending the session to 6 weeks rather than 5 weeks. The cost will be $45 for the session or $10 to drop-in and participate, space permitting. As always, you may find a substitute to take your place in the event of an absence. The sub will pay you $7.50 for the class.
Many have already requested a space for Tuesday or Wednesday in the fall. Pilates class is limited to 6 participants. Please provide payment at your convenience to confirm your Pilates mat.
