Dear Pilates Friends,
Happy Spring Equinox! Thank you for your faithful attendance during our winter session. We made it! This upcoming week marks the 10th and final week of the session. Hope to see you Monday at 5:15p.m., Tuesday at 8:30a.m. and Wednesday at 5p.m.
In addition, thank you to my personal training clients for your commitment not just through a pandemic, but for some, for many years! I am updating and adding a few pieces of equipment, including a new Wunda Chair as well as a Ped-o-pul for extra vertical, standing exercises. I have the Ladder Barrel on my "wish-list" and hope to place an order soon. All these pieces were originally designed by Joseph Pilates to increase our strength, flexibility, range of motion and overall fitness and quality of life. He was quite the inventor. As always, if you want to create new neural connections, improve your balance, and build a stronger core, I highly recommend you explore equipment sessions.
On the horizon is our Spring Mat Session. Classes begin the week of Monday, April 5th, The schedule remains the same with classes offered Mondays at 5:15p.m., Tuesday at 8:30a.m. and Wednesday at 5p.m. In addition, I continue to teach Thursdays at Pleasant Valley Tennis at 9a.m. This will be a 10-week session and cost $100. I encourage you to pro-rate the cost according to your schedule. Drop-ins are $15. Classes will be approximately 50 minutes with a minimum of 5 participants and a max of 10. You may reserve your space via Venmo, cash or check.
Please reach out if you have any questions. I have had a few people inquire about adding a yoga class to the mix. I am happy to arrange a class for small groups of Pilates or yoga enthusiasts at a time that meets your needs. I regularly update my Home Training facebook page and also post on Twitter and Instagram on occasion. Please refer to the links below for additional information.
Thanks again for being a part of Home Training, LLC. I enjoy our time together!
