Hi Friends!
I hope you are enjoying a wonderful summer. Thank you for registering for our 8-week summer mat class in downtown West Bend at My Personal Trainor next to Settler's Park. Class begins this Tuesday, July 7th at 8a.m. If you have not registered, no worries, you are welcome to drop-in and participate. Class fees are $10/class if you commit to 4 or more or $12 for drop-in. Please bring a mat if you have one, I will have extras. This class will be a mixed-level class and suitable for all levels of experience and fitness. Dress comfortably for class and remember we typically do Pilates barefoot in order to address all muscles, even the often neglected feet! As always our goals with Pilates are to improve the strength of postural and core muscles, decrease overuse of superficial muscles which results in tension and "gripping," incorporate stretch to establish a balance between strength and flexibility as well as maintain a mind-body connection with breath and concentration to promote ease, mindfulness, and enjoyment that extends to all our daily living activities.
If you have questions please do not hesitate to contact me. In addition feel free and forward this message to friends who may be interested in Pilates. Best wishes for a happy holiday weekend and a wonderful July! Hope to see you Tuesdays for Pilates throughout the summer.
