While jogging today I considered the subject matter for my next blog, torso rotation and Pilates exercises that compliment and strengthen this powerful motion. The website below offers a great overview on the structure and function of the core. Many of the exercises recommended by Kravitz are contained within the Pilates matwork series, they are just not identified as such.
