Just a reminder, our new classes begin this week, Sunday, November 8th.
The Sunday Shift: 4p.m. This class is primarily yoga-based. It runs for 6 Sundays with the option to attend in person or purchase a recording. Whether in-person or via recording it is $60 for the session and pro-rate as needed. I have a number of requests for the recordings however need a few more participants to offer this class in-person as well. Please let me know if you wish to register for in-person class or purchase a recording. I will send you a private class link each week. This class is designed to shift our mental/emotional well-being through gentle, physical mindful movements.
Monday Mindful Movement: 5:15p.m. This is a blended class of Pilates and Yoga. It is currently at capacity. Please bring a yoga mat. (No class 11/23)
Tuesday Pilates 8:30a.m. This is a mixed level Pilates class emphasizing deep core connections and the 6 principles of Pilates: Center, Control, Concentration, Precision, Fluidity, and Breath
We have space for you! Please bring a yoga mat. (No class 11/24)
Wednesday Pilates 5p.m. Fundamentals. This class is currently at capacity. Please bring a yoga mat. (No class 11/25)
Personal Training on the Pilates reformer, tower and chair continues to be a popular option. I do have Home Training certificates available which makes a thoughtful gift for friends and family. Please contact me if you have questions about sharing the love of Pilates this holiday season.
I resume teaching at Pleasant Valley Tennis and Fitness on Thursdays at 9a.m. starting 11/12/2020. This is a beginner level class.
Please keep in mind there will be a new 10-week Pilates and mindful movement series beginning in 2021. I would love to have you join me!
