We spent weeks of our quarantine productively engaged studying and practicing the finer points of the Beginner and Intermediate Pilates matwork.  Review each section for more details.  This 25 minutes work-out could be done everyday to restore and strengthen your mind and body! Stay tuned as we continue our study and look at some select advanced exercises.
