We have an active fitness community in my small Wisconsin town. The quarantine, plus cold, snowy days, have inspired us to move outside of our comfort zones. Out of necessity, and through various forms of media, we encourage one another to take the lessons we learn on the mat, in the gym, on the court and through the trails and apply them to daily life. Whether we need strength, resilience, flexibility, or acceptance we seek to generate those attitudes because we have practiced them through fitness pursuits. Zoom sessions, Facebook Live, or webinar links; the opportunities to learn, move, and meditate are significant and generous. One of these amazing trainers is Sarah Corona. She is the "Good" Corona; a beacon of light, a catalyst of encouragement and positive energy reminding us there is joy to be found even in isolation; connection even from a distance. Sarah recruited local trainers and through her active, festive group page, features 10 days of workouts. I had the privilege of kicking off the experience and my daughter took a break from intense collegiate study to practice Pilates too. It was a memorable "Live" experience and one that leaves a positive memory during a difficult time. www.facebook.com/groups/WhoWantsToWORKOUT/?epa=SEARCH_BOX
